DO AO PRODUCTS HAVE A SHELF LIFE?

No, but any product with active ingredients can lose a bit of their effectiveness over time if exposed to intense heat and light. For this reason its best to store your AO away from continuous direct sunlight.

DO SOME TYPES OF PLANTS REQUIRE MORE AO THAN OTHERS?

AO works the same on all species of plants, however; sick plants will benefit from an extra dose of AO. As a general rule, feed your plants weekly. If you notice that a plant is not responding or is dying, up your feeding cycle to two or three times a week.

ARE TRACE MINERALS AN EFFECTIVE INSECTICIDE?

AO products don’t kill bugs. But they do fortify your plant’s natural immunity to fight off pests. Unless there is a significant infestation, insecticides shouldn’t be needed. Check out our blog for info on what constitutes a ‘pest’ in organic gardening.

WHAT DO YOU USE AS A PRESERVATIVE?

We don’t.
